  1. All orders are subject to the order confirmation generated by our system. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, or other reasonable causes. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
  2. Product prices are based on the display at the time of order placement. Payment methods are subject to those available on our store. Please carefully verify your order details before making payment.

II. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We will arrange delivery according to the shipping address you provide. Delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery is subject to the shipping carrier's schedule.
  2. If delivery is delayed or fails due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the package, or customs clearance issues, you shall bear any resulting liability and additional costs.

III. Returns and Exchanges

  1. If you receive a product with quality issues or that does not match your order, please contact our customer service within 7 business days of receipt, and we will arrange a return or exchange for you.
  2. Returned items must remain intact and in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned beyond the specified time limit.
  3. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges: if the issue is our fault, we will bear the cost; if it is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong selection), you will bear the shipping cost.

IV. After-Sales Service and Dispute Resolution

  1. If you have any questions about our products or services, please contact us at service@perilgroce.com, and we will reply within 24 hours.
  2. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may continue to communicate via email, and we will assign a designated representative to follow up until the issue is properly resolved.
  3. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a competent People's Court in accordance with applicable law.

V. Disclaimer

  1. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, and network failures.
  2. The effectiveness of our products may vary from person to person. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses beyond the value of the product itself.

VI. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page without individual notice. Please check back periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

VII. Governing Law
